DO NOT park in or block our driveway, or our neighbor's driveway.

Once your booking is confirmed we’ll send you instructions for our front gate and side entrance door. Once inside the side door, the stairs to your right will lead you down into the ballroom. Lock up before leaving and make sure the front gate is closed securely upon departing.

It is the renter's responsibility to coordinate any and all details pertaining to the rental with their guests. Please arrive before your guests arrive to ensure timely access to the space for your rental period, and inform guests that they should refrain from using the doorbell to ask to be let in, out of respect for the privacy of the building's residents.

Only non-marking soles only (no tap shoes). Renters will not use wax, talc, powder or any other product to alter the surface of the floor. If you move anything during your rental, please put it back where you found it. All trash, recycling and food waste should be in the appropriate bins and the space should be left in the condition in which it was found. All items left in the space will be placed in our lost and found (in the coat room) and if not claimed will be donated. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Bookings are first come first serve, pay as you go, and appointments are booked by the renter through our website. If you’re looking to rent on an ongoing, long-term basis, email us and we’ll get you on our calendar and coordinate a payment schedule.

To cancel an appointment, email us. To ensure a refund, make the cancellation before 24-hours of the appointment. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.

Renters must be out by end of the rental period; please plan accordingly. If you need time to set up, consider renting for a longer period of time. Leave the space in the condition it was found; this means all furniture must be put back in the location it was found, and any messes or spills made during the rental period are picked up.
